No. There is no registration and nothing to sign up for. Turn up at 8:30 in the morning at Bear Creek and McKee.
How long does it take?
About an hour at a comfortable walking pace. It is three miles and the path is flat.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Dogs are welcome on the path.
Is it stroller and wheelchair friendly?
The route is paved the whole way and runs flat along the creek, so strollers and wheelchairs manage it fine.

At the Bear Creek parking structure on South Bear Creek Drive, just east of McKee Road. That is the meeting point too.
Are there restrooms?
Not on the loop. There are two water stations along the way.
What if it rains?
September in Merced is usually dry and the walk has not been rained out yet. If anything changes we will post it.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Walking is free. If you would like to give, everything goes to UCSF through the donation page.
